This unit utilizes a sensible plate to precool the air before the chilled water coil is able to cool the air well past the saturation point creating extremely cold, dry air. MAS creates a custom layout to then send the air back through the sensible plate to reheat the air to a comfortable 73 F @ 48% RH.
This unit is rounded out with a gas heater and direct drive plenum fans to keep the lead time to a minimum.
