14,000CFM Outdoor ERV (Height Restriction)

This outdoor unit had a height limitation of 60", but still needed a sensible plate heat exchanger at 14,000CFM. We were able to achieve this by rotating the plate and using a side-by-side arrangement. The plate can be oriented this way with proper sheet metal baffling, similar to what we do with our multiple row heat exchanger arrays. Fans are direct drive plenum, the exhaust opening has a gravity-fall louver.
