We won't keep you long. MAS has built a very quick, efficient, and hard working team to keep your project moving. We've highlighted a few of our available modifications below!
ECM arrays are our fastest install, we can install an array in just hours. It typically takes us anywhere between 4-8 weeks to receive the arrays. Multiple arrays will vary our install time, for example we could do (6) arrays in 2 weeks.
Indirect Fired (up to 5,000MBH) and Direct Fired (limited options)
It takes us between 3-6 weeks to receive a heater. Once we have the cabinet and heater, we can install and ship within a week. Each additional heater will add a few business days to lead time.
Finned tubular, open coil, SCR, higher KAIC ratings
It takes us 3-4 weeks to receive a heater. We can install and turn around in 1 week. Each additional heater will add a day or two to lead time.
ENERGY RECOVERY UNITS
Enthalpy plates, sensible plates, wheels, heat pipes
In general, we can build a single ERV (indoor or outdoor, any type of heat exchanger) in 1-2 weeks. These are really popular modifications for us as we can configure these units as standard with zero specials.
Wrap around and side-by-side, passive and controllable.
It takes us 6-10 weeks to receive a heat pipe. We can install and turn around in 1 week. Each additional heat pipe will add a day or two to lead time.
DIRECT DRIVE PLENUM FANS
Various options on direct drive plenum fans, including explosion proof motors. Takes us roughly 4-6 weeks to receive our components (8 weeks for explosion proof).
What is MAS best at?
Providing solutions that standard manufacturers can't build, and custom manufacturers are too expensive for.
High CFM ERVs, shortening units, and building fast are what we focus on.
What does MAS provide for selections?
Full unit drawings (2D CAD), revised DT file fully configured for ordering, technical data/submittals, and pricing.
What do I need to send you?
For simple mods, send us your DT job edit/sharing permissions along with a schedule.
For custom ERVs, we'll build the file for you! Just let us know your dimensional constraints and required performance.
What is MAS not best at?
Low CFM units. Our labor and freight do not scale well on a $/CFM basis at lower CFMs.
Will you modify anything other than Vision/Skyline?
