This Skyline features an Accubloc with 85% sensible effectiveness and produces a near 70 F degree temp rise! A gas heater is included for extra heat during cold design days; however, it will not be ran most of the time as it is not needed. This provides a massive cost savings to the end user's utility bills.
This unit also includes a recirculation damper to be used during "unoccupied" conditions where the OA requirement is much lower.
